Dr. Chavkin, a Plainview, N.Y. native, earned his undergraduate degree in Environmental Studies from The State University of Buffalo before obtaining his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the School of Dental Medicine at Buffalo in 2000. He completed his residency at SUNY Downstate/ Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn, New York, and joined the practice of Colacicco and Tulman in 2006. This partnership later evolved into All County Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, featuring state-of-the-art technology and advancements.

Dr. Chavkin is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Suffolk County Dental Society, NYSOMS, and the ADA. He is also dedicated to supporting the local community through initiatives such as The Salvation Army, Laptops For Learning, the Melville Chamber of Commerce, and the New Hyde Park Chamber.

  • Dr. Brittany Ecker was born and raised in Miami, FL to Cuban immigrants. She moved to Boston, MA for her undergraduate education where she graduated from Boston College in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Economics. She then moved to New York City to obtain her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Columbia University, where she met her husband. After completion of her doctorate in 2016, Dr. Ecker continued her training in New York City at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein School of Medicine, where she completed a four-year residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 2020. During this time, she received thorough training in dentoalveolar surgery, dental implantology, facial trauma, maxillofacial pathology, orthognathic surgery, and TMJ surgery. 

    Dr. Ecker’s clinical practice is focused on dentoalveolar surgery, dental implantology, bone grafting, maxillofacial pathology and facial trauma. Dr. Ecker is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. She has hospital privileges at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, NY. She is licensed to provide general anesthesia, allowing her to offer intravenous and inhalational sedation to all her patients. Dr. Ecker is a member of several professional societies, including the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons (AAOMS), American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (ACOMS), New York State Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (NYSSOMS), and American Dental Association (ADA). She maintains current certifications in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, eating, and most of all, spending time with her family.

  • Dr. Jordan Ecker grew up in Ardsley, New York. He attended undergraduate school in Bethlehem, PA at Lehigh University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Biology. From there, he moved back to New York to attend Columbia University’s College of Dental Medicine. Dr. Ecker went on to complete a six-year oral surgery residency at Jacobi Hospital and Mount Sinai West, during which, he received his Medical Degree at Albert Einstein School of Medicine. 

    Through his training Dr. Ecker learned a comprehensive approach to treat each and every patient. Not only was he taught the technical skills needed to complete a variety of oral surgery procedures, but he practices with an emphasis on compassion for his patients. Dr. Ecker is trained in dentoalveolar surgery, dental implantology, facial trauma, maxillofacial pathology, and orthognathic surgery. He is also licensed by the State of New York to provide deep sedation and general anesthesia, allowing him to put anxious patients at ease with intravenous and inhalational sedation. 

    Dr. Ecker is board-eligible and is a member of several professional societies, including the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons (AAOMS), American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (ACOMS), New York State Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (NYSSOMS), and American Dental Association (ADA). He maintains current certifications in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.

    In his free time, Dr. Ecker enjoys traveling, cooking, fitness and spending time with his family. During the colder months, he prefers a ski trip over a beach vacation. 

  • Dr. Rivera was born and raised in Puerto Rico. She received her Bachelors Of General Science from The University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus in 1998.  Dr. Rivera then continued her education to receive her DMD from The University of Puerto Rico from the Medical Science Campus which she followed with her O.S. Degree from Rutgers University in Newark, NJ. She has since worked in private practice before joining the All County team. Her post-doctoral training has been extensive in dentoalveolar surgery, bone grafting, implantology, maxillofacial trauma, temporomandibular joint disorders, anesthesia, and oral pathology. 

    Dr. Rivera is an active member of the following Associations: ADA, NYSDA, NASSAU COUNTY DENTAL SOCIETY, PUERTO RICO DENTAL ASSOCIATION, NYSSOMS & AAOMS.

    As a resident of Bellmore, NY, Dr. Rivera can be found exploring her neighborhood with husband and two daughters. She also enjoys Broadway musicals, traveling, Flamenco dancing and her work.

  • Dr. Jason Tan lives in Brooklyn, N.Y. and has recently joined All County Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery bringing his vast knowledge, education and expertise in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery.

    Dr. Tan received his Bachelor of Science with Honors in Immunology from McGill University in Canada. He then furthered his education at McGill obtaining a Masters of Science in Experimental Medicine in 2009. The same year, he went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Medicine and General Practice Residency, completing in 2014 from Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx, conducted his Dental and Anesthesiology Residency at Jacobi Medical Center, Doctor of Medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, General Surgery Internship at Mt. Sinai West and Mt. Sinai Morningside. He completed his Oral & Maxillofacial Residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center, NY and Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx.

    Dr. Tan is holds a license for NYS Medical, Dental and General Anesthesia Permit. He is a member of several professional societies, including the American Society of Dental Anesthesiologists and American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.

    In his free time, Dr. Tan enjoys swimming, golf, racket sports, winter sports, technology and world events.

  • Amanda Andre, DDS was born and raised in Havana, Cuba.  She immigrated to the U.S. with her family and has lived in the states of Florida, Texas, and is proud to call New York home.  She attended Undergraduate School in CUNY Hunter College where she received a Bachelor of Arts with Honors & German with a concentration in Pre-Dental Science.  She found a passion for patient care after working in a medical office in Manhattan.  Inspired by the artistic and creative aspects of the field of dentistry, she attended New York University College of Dentistry where she was awarded the Dental Dean’s scholarship for her four years of training.  Dr. Andre went on to complete a year in General Practice Dental Residency and then a four-year Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at The Brooklyn Hospital Center.  Dr. Andre focuses on providing a comprehensive and personalized approach to treat each patient.   

    Dr. Andre is particularly passionate about dentoalveolar surgery, dental implantology, facial trauma, third molar surgery, chemodenervation with botox Injections and complex reconstruction cases. She is also licensed by the State of New York to provide deep sedation and general anesthesia.  She values mentorship and has contributed to the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery with numerous articles and book chapters.  Her research expertise ranges from current paradigms in complex implant cases including zygomatic implants, the management of temporomandibular joint disorders, pain management after dentoalveolar procedures, and enhanced recovery after surgery.  

     

    Outside of work, Dr. Andre enjoys spending time with her husband, traveling the world, exploring different cuisines and exploring NYC with her two dogs - a dynamic pair of a Siberian Husky and a Yorkshire Terrier.

  • Dr. Brar was born and raised in Vancouver, Canada. He completed his undergraduate studies in health science at the University of British Columbia. He then moved to New York to attend NYU College of Dentistry where he was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, a prestigious honor society awarded to the top students in the graduating class. While in dental school he met his wife who is a pediatric dentist and native of Long Island. Following dental school, he pursued residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Boston University. He has gained clinical experiences at Boston Medical Center, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and the Boston VA Hospital. He has extensive training in all areas of oral and maxillofacial surgery, including implantology, dentoalveolar, trauma surgery, orthognathic surgery, head and neck cancer surgery, reconstructive surgery, and pathology. He has also authored and published many scientific articles in several journals such as the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Journal of Cancer Education, Journal of Dental Research, Journal of American Dental Association, and Journal of Oral Surgery, Oral Medicine, Oral Pathology and Oral Radiology. In his spare time, Dr. Brar enjoys traveling, fitness, and spending time with his family.
